Mike Sadarangani is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Zodia Custody, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s regulatory compliance and risk management functions. With a career spanning consultancy, banking, and fintech, Mike brings extensive experience in building and enhancing risk and compliance frameworks that meet the demands of both traditional finance and innovative digital markets.

Before joining Zodia Custody, Mike held senior roles at leading organisations including EY, Citi, and Genpact, where he advised on a wide range of regulatory and financial crime compliance matters. His expertise covers anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, and broader operational and enterprise risk management.

Mike is recognised for his pragmatic approach to managing risk in fast-evolving markets, supporting innovation while maintaining robust regulatory standards.
