He works closely with customers to design and implement seamless, secure, and frictionless identity experiences that drive business value.

At Incode, LF bridges technology and business strategy, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer needs with cutting-edge identity solutions. He plays a key role in thought leadership, sharing insights on the future of identity at industry conferences, engaging with analysts, and contributing to product innovation based on market trends and customer feedback.

Before joining Incode, LF was a management consultant at PwC, where he led global teams and delivered transformational projects for Fortune 500 companies across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. His expertise in digital identity, identity verification, and biometric technology has been instrumental in shaping Incode’s growth and market presence.

LF holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science from ITAM (Mexico) and a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Policy Analysis from the Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). He is passionate about expanding his children’s horizons through love, travel, music, and art.
