Kelly Moffatt is the Global Strategic Partnerships and Innovation Compliance Lead for Citi’s Services business and a Regional Ambassador for the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency (AWIC). Her coverage area at Citi includes advisory and regulatory engagement on digital assets, distributed ledger technology, and artificial intelligence, as well as strategic partnerships and investments. Prior to joining Citi in 2022, she held the role of Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance for several of J.P. Morgan’s Irish regulated legal entities and has prior experience working with Amazon Payments, State Street, Guidepoint, and INTERPOL Washington.
