Kaushik is the Global Head of Banking & Payments at Kraken and part of the Senior Leadership team leading and managing all partnerships with banks and financial services partners worldwide. 

Kaushik is a seasoned executive with over 25 years extensive experience, across financial services covering digital assets, banking, payments, fintech, and mobile commerce in North America, Latin America, UK, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.

Kaushik has held a variety of senior roles at Visa Inc, Mastercard, Bango and most recently as the CCO at payments and remittance fintech startup- successfully scaling and commercialising digital/mobile payment solutions for consumers, merchants, app developers, tech giants (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Samsung) and large corporates and mobile network operators worldwide.

Kaushik also serves as a Board Member, Director & Non-Executive Board member, advisor and active member of advisory boards to various crypto and payments organisations, with fluency in multiple languages at various levels.
