Julius Moye is a Product Manager in Mastercard’s Financial Crime Solutions division, where he leads crypto-related risk intelligence initiatives. In this role, he works at the intersection of product, compliance, and commercial strategy to design scalable frameworks that help banks manage financial crime and regulatory risks arising from crypto-linked payment flows.

Prior to Mastercard, Julius worked in AML and Compliance at a global cryptocurrency exchange, where he helped build out the U.S. AML program, led SAR investigations and submissions, and guided the organization through federal and state regulatory examinations.

Julius served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2016 to 2019. He holds CAMS, CFCS, and blockchain investigations certifications, and earned dual master’s degrees in International Trade and in Nonproliferation & Terrorism Studies (Financial Crime Management specialization) from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
