Emma Hagan is the Chief Executive Officer of ClearBank UK, responsible for overseeing all aspects of ClearBank’s operations in the UK and further strengthening the bank’s position in the UK market.  

Emma has over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking in both first and second lines of defence.

Emma joined ClearBank in 2020 as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Emma worked at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where she was Chief Risk Officer for EMEA, serving as part of the EMEA leadership and global risk leadership teams.
