Adam Waite is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking group at Citizens, where he leads coverage of the fintech and digital asset sectors. With over a decade of experience advising companies across capital markets technology, bank technology and the digital asset ecosystem, Adam has executed more than $30 billion in transactions globally. Prior to joining Citizens, he held senior roles at D.A. Davidson and Piper Sandler (formerly Sandler O’Neill). Adam is a frequent speaker on the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets and holds both a JD and MBA from Northwestern University.
